Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (4-oz.) can diced green chiles
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Preparation

1. Combine chopped tomatoes, lime juice, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
