I've made this several times for potlucks and everyone raves about it. It is always the biggest hit of the event. Very easy to make. I add extra cilantro to mine. Warning: the amount of jalapeno called for makes it spicy, which I love. Those who are whimpy should use less jalapeno. I've never scaled back on the jalapeno, but I'm from Texas.

This is delicious! The sweetness of the fruit cuts the heat! It goes great with really spiced meats.
