Fresh Pesto Pasta Salad

    I make this all the time and everyone LOVES it. It can feed a crowd -- it goes a long way. I even made it for a St Patrick's Day party with green and white tortallni -- HUGE hit!

    really good but I think there was too much oil in the recipe. Next time I will start with 1/2 cup. I ended up putting the tomatoes in the salad--not as a garnish. Added a little salt as well. Everyone loved it. Will definitely make it again.

    Made this for a party yesterday and it was a big hit. I did cut back on the olive oil - only used 1/2 cup. Otherwise wouldn't change a thing.
