Fresh Pepper-Balsamic Salsa

Make a must-try dip for your gaterhign this weekend. Fresh veggies, bright balsamic--this salsa recipe has it all! This is also great over grilled chicken breasts.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce from can
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation

  1. 1. Stir together first 11 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
