Makes about 5 cups
5 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce from can
1. Stir together first 11 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
