Ingredients

3/4 cup peach nectar
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
2 (5.3-ounce) cartons vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
3 cups sliced fresh peaches, frozen
Mint sprigs (optional)

Preparation

1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until blended. Add peaches; process until smooth. Divide evenly among four glasses; garnish each serving with a mint sprig, if desired. Serve immediately.
