This easy fresh peach salsa pairs sweet peaches with jalapeños, cilantro, and red onion for a delicious twist on traditional tomato-based salsas. 

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups diced peeled peaches (about 2 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced seeded jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
