Fresh Pea Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 rye crispbread crackers

Preparation

1. Combine peas, walnuts, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.

2. Serve on crackers.
