1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
5 cups baby lettuce and spinach salad mix
3/4 cup orange sections
1/4 cup slivered red onion
How to Make It
Combine olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and sugar in a large bowl; whisk until sugar dissolves. Add salad mix; toss. Arrange 1 1/2 cups salad on each of 4 plates; divide orange sections and slivered red onion over salads.
