Featuring oranges, red onions, and a Dijon mustard vinaigrette, pair Fresh Orange Salad with any main coarse to brighten and balance your meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 cups baby lettuce and spinach salad mix
  • 3/4 cup orange sections
  • 1/4 cup slivered red onion

How to Make It

  1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and sugar in a large bowl; whisk until sugar dissolves. Add salad mix; toss. Arrange 1 1/2 cups salad on each of 4 plates; divide orange sections and slivered red onion over salads.
