- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
How to Make It
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; cool.
Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding mint.
