  • 1 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

How to Make It
