Ingredients

1 pound fresh figs, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
