Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Pulse cranberries in a food processor 4 to 5 times or until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a medium bowl; stir in honey and remaining ingredients.
