Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches, thawed
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 cups fresh strawberry halves
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

Spoon 2/3 cup berries into each of 6 dessert dishes. Spoon peach mixture evenly over berries.
