Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh chèvre (goat cheese)
- 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation
- In a food processor, combine chèvre, basil, mayonnaise, cream, and lemon juice; whirl until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
