Whisk together egg, milk and cinnamon; dip bread slices into mixture. Mist a skillet with cooking spray; cook bread over medium heat until golden, 2 or 3 minutes per side. Puree strawberries with maple syrup; drizzle on French toast. Top with sliced almonds.
