- 6 cup(s) White bread Crusts removed & cubed)
- 6 ounce(s) Cream cheese Cubed
- 6 Eggs Well beaten
- 1 cup(s) Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup(s) Dark maple syrup
- Place half the bread in a greased 8" casserole. Dot cheese on top. Cover with remaining bread. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over all. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate over night. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. It will be puffy & golden. Serve immediately with extra maple syrup & crisp bacon.
