Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shallow bowl; stir well with a wire whisk.
