French Toast Casserole
Using leftover French bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) maple syrup
- 1 loaf(s) French bread 2" slices
- 4 Eggs Beaten
- 1 1/2 cup(s) Skim milk
- 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
Preparation
- 1. Spray casserole with Pam. Pour syrup into the dish. Place 2" bread slices over the syrup.
- 2. Separately, combine eggs, milk, vanilla and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Pour over bread, pressing bread down gently to soak up batter. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 3. Preheat to 350F. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with fruit.
