Ingredients

  • Texas Size Toast loaf
  • 1/2 cup(s) flour
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 8 egg whites
  • cinnamon
  • syrup

Preparation

  1. 1. Stir milk gradually into flour to avoid lumps.
  2. 2. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat in eggs. Swirl cinnamon into batter.
  3. 3. Dip both sides of Texas Size Toast in the batter.
  4. 4. Cook on ungreased griddle.
