- Texas Size Toast loaf
- 1/2 cup(s) flour
- 1 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 8 egg whites
- 1. Stir milk gradually into flour to avoid lumps.
- 2. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat in eggs. Swirl cinnamon into batter.
- 3. Dip both sides of Texas Size Toast in the batter.
- 4. Cook on ungreased griddle.
