Ingredients
- 4 cup(s) Onion Sliced
- 1/4 cup(s) Butter
- 1/4 cup(s) Flour
- 6 cup(s) H20
- 1/4 cup(s) beef broth
- Bread / toast
- gruyere cheese Shredded
Preparation
- Sauté onions in butter
- Sprinkle with flour while stirring
- Add water and broth
- Cover and cook 20 minutes put in crocks
- Cook add bread/cheese
- Broil to melt cheese
