French Dressing

Yield 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine oil, sugar, and lemon juice; beat with wire whisk until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Store dressing in refrigerator.
