Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator.
