- 2 scoops premium vanilla ice cream
- 4 to 6 tablespoons Frangelico or other hazelnut-flavored liqueur
- Fill 2 bowls with 1 scoop each ice cream; drizzle each with 2 to 3 tablespoons Frangelico. Serve with buttery shortbread cookies on the side.
