- 3 (16-ounce) cans white hominy, drained
- 1 (8-ounce) carton reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, undrained
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
How to Make It
Combine hominy and remaining ingredients, and spoon into an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serve casserole immediately.
