Four-Part Hominy (Cheesy Hominy Casserole)

  • 3 (16-ounce) cans white hominy, drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

How to Make It

  1. Combine hominy and remaining ingredients, and spoon into an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.

  2. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serve casserole immediately.
