For a hot sandwich, bake the focaccia loaf halves in a 350° oven for 5 minutes or until toasted. Look for focaccia in the bakery section of your supermarket.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
- 1 (8-inch) round focaccia loaf (about 9 ounces)
- 1 1/2 cups trimmed watercress
- 3/4 cup sliced bottled roasted red bell peppers
- 8 ounces turkey pastrami
Preparation
- Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Cut loaf in half horizontally, and spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over cut sides of bread. Arrange watercress, peppers, and pastrami over bottom half of loaf; top with remaining half. Cut loaf into 4 wedges.
