How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2

Place first 9 ingredients in a food processor; process until completely smooth, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Fold in chocolate chips; pour batter into a 9-inch square metal baking pan.

Step 3

Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until edges of brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool 20 minutes in pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
