Ingredients
- 4 ounce(s) 4-1 oz sq semisweet choc chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Preparation
- preheat 300 degrees
- grease and 8 inch cake pan and dust with cocoa.. set aside
- in microwave.. melt chocl and butter
- add sugar, cocoa, eggs, vanila and mix well
- pour into pan
- 300 degrees for 30 minutes
- cool
- wire rack
- serves 8
