Easy & quick summer salad, very appealing presentation. Subbed smaller portions of dry-aged strip steak, otherwise made to recipe. Breadsticks were nice change.

I made this last night and it was a hit! A wonderful blend of flavors, especially since we grilled the steak on our Traeger (marinated it for 60 minutes). I did double the honey in the dressing as it was pretty tart with the lemon juice. DD had crumbled feta in place of the blue cheese. We will definitely be making this again soon!

It wasn't quite the hit I was expecting. I did forget to add the plums so that might of been part of the problem and I used reduced fat blue cheese, which I did not like at all. So I will definitely try this dish again. I did like the dressing and the meat was really flavorful.

Loved this. Blue cheese and steak are already a wonderful blend of flavors but the addition of market fresh plums really made this a hit in our household.

This was superb! A meal fit for a queen :) The first time we made it we used FIGS WOW then plums and sorta wow but overall EXCELLENT! Easy to make, fits within what I like calorie wise for meals and tastes wonderful.

This was a hit with the whole family and very easy to make. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the kids were mixed on the plums and blue cheese. However, my son (9) did say it was the best steak he ever had.

If you love arugula (or rocket lettuce) this is a simple, satisfying recipe! Just what I was expecting. Delicious! And the dressing is simple to modify for one, all ingredients are equal parts.

This was a good salad. Beautiful presentation & great combination of flavors! I used nectarines, spring mix & gorgonzola. Was a little disappointed with the dressing, I thought it lacked flavor. I served this with an Alexia focaccia rollI. I would probably eat this again but wouldn't go out of my way to make it.

Marinated the flank steak for about an hour then grilled. Excellent meal that really came together quickly.Definitely a keeper!
