Although not fabulous like the bourbon marinated flank steak, this was very good. I marinated the meat about four hours, which was enough to give it a nice tang. Time given in recipe seems way too long; I usually do a steak about 3-4 per side. The sweet potatoes and the corn-snap pea salad suggested in the magazine as side dishes were great!
