  • 1 can(s) 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) onion chopped
  • 1 cup(s) dry white wine
  • 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
  • 3 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup(s) parsley chopped
  • 1 cup(s) green pepper chopped
  • 1 hot pepper chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 2 teaspoon(s) basil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • water sparingly
  • 1 pound(s) cod,seabass or whitefish cubed
  • 1 prawns - halfed or 3'ds dozen
  • 1 scallops - (bay) dozen
  • 1 mussels dozen
  • clams dozen


  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook 6-8 hours. May have to add tomato paste to thicken. Can make the day before. About 30 minutes before add seafood and turn up the heat to high and stir gently. Served over angel hair pasta and with sourdough bread.
