- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (4-oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans celery soup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (1-lb) can salmon, drained
- Dash of pepper
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- Saute the onion and mushrooms in butter. Add the celery soup, salmon, salt and pepper. Cook the peas and drain. Stir into salmon mixture. Turn into a lightly greased 2-qt. casserole and spoon potatoes on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
