Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (4-oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cans celery soup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (1-lb) can salmon, drained
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes

Preparation

  1. Saute the onion and mushrooms in butter. Add the celery soup, salmon, salt and pepper. Cook the peas and drain. Stir into salmon mixture. Turn into a lightly greased 2-qt. casserole and spoon potatoes on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
