Like others have said, the nutritional info/ingredient list on the Gorton's box is disappointing, as the fish is much more processed than I'd like. Additionally, how do you get six servings from three 8-inch flour tortillas? Does each person only get 1/2 of a tortilla? There are many fish taco recipes out there, and while shopping for the ingredients for this one, I decided to use another recipe that relies on less processed foods.

For those of you complaining about the processed food.....That is the whole point of this recipe to be fast and easy. It's not a health food recipe. Don't forget to add salsa and sourcream to your tacos. I like to dip my shells in hot oil to crisp them up before adding the fish and veggies. When your exhausted and don't feel like cooking this is a fantastic quick meal. I also add a green salad and fruit to it along with a real big Margarita.
