Ingredients
- 3/4 cup(s) Dry Bread Crumbs
- 2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 pound(s) flounder filets
- 4 teaspoon(s) margarine
- 3 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese grated
- Sauce
- 8 ounce(s) tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) minced onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, oregano, and garlic powder. Dip fish filets in ice water then in bread crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan that has been spreayed with vegetable cooking spray. Dot with margarine, bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients for sauce and pour evenly over baked fish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes longer. Serve immediately
