Ingredients

  • 8 ounce(s) codfish fillet
  • 1/4 cup(s) coconut shredded
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dried bread crumbs
  • 1 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. 1. puree codfish in food processor
  2. 2. stir in remaining ingredients, form ten 2-inch patties
  3. 3. fry in vegetable oil heated to 360F
