Fire-Grilled Pork Chops

    Excellent. I marinated them for about 24 hours and grilled them about 3-4 minutes per side, but I did use boneless and they cook faster. They were tender and flavorful. My whole family ate them up! I served them with corn on the cob, zucchini, and fresh strawberries.

    herbes de Provence - what is this and where do you get it? I only gave it one star because it won't let me ask the question without rating. I think you should be able to ask questions about the recipe without rating especially since you have not made it. I have not made it so I really can't rate it.
