  • Assorted fillings: tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad, cucumber and mayonnaise, thinly sliced roast beef, or turkey
  • Thinly sliced white, whole-wheat, or pumpernickel bread

How to Make It

  1. Spread filling on one slice of bread and top with second slice. Mix different breads such as one slice white and one slice wheat.

  2. Trim crusts.

  3. For a pretty effect, cut sandwiches into triangles or into different shapes using cookie cutters.
