Excellent and incredibly easy! Taste and presentation were great. Didn't deviate from the recipe. Would make anytime or for guests at a formal dinner.

Wonderful dish. The sauce is simple to make, but tastes complex and is the perfect compliment to the steak. Will definitely make again.

Definitely go with real garlic rather than the jarred. I preferred using a dry marsala versus a sweet.

This is easy, quick, tasty, and healthy. What more could you want. Be sure to have the vent on because the wine causes the pan to smoke a bit. I added a little olive oil, maybe a tsp, to the mushrooms as they were cooking because the cuts of steak were lean and left little fat in the pan.

Made this for Valentines..absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly in iron skillet..may need to add time if thick steaks.Used Baby Bella mushrooms, that I sliced, and a medium sweet Marsala. I did use more mushrooms than called for.Served with French Onion Soup and mashed potatoes. Will use again and again.

Valentine's 2012. Very good. Teenager tried to lick the plate. So much for my parenting skills. Served with steamed asparagus with a little lemon and pepper, and fresh strawberries with slivers of blue cheese brie. Chocolate covered pretzels for dessert.

This was a very tasty and easy meal to prepare. As others have noted, you may have to adjust cooking time based upon the thickness of the steaks. I would recommend serving this with mashed potatoes or rice.

I have made this a couple of times and we love it! So yummy. I do double the 7 incredients for more sauce and put it over white rice. I also add a teaspoon of sugar when the Marsala is not a sweet one.

Making this again for Valentine's Day. It's simple, elegant and delicious. Great entree for company and easy to double. I use grass fed beef-melt in your mouth goodness. Served with roasted potatoes with rosemary and garlic and green beans. Could not be easier!

This is the best marsala I've made! Served it with baked sweet potatoes and was oh so delicious. I would make it every night if I could afford it (the filet)! I will definitely be making it many times more for special occasions. :) Oh yes and as a previous reviewer suggested, I added the sugar to a nonsweet marsala and turned out great!
