Superquick & easy. Used fresh garlic (why did CL recommend bottled garlic when they're using fresh herbs?), otherwise made to recipe. Served with hearts of romaine, wild & white rice pilaf & broccoli. Paired with Chilean Carmenère. Excellent meal.

Very Good. Agree with other reviews, why bottled garlic, when using all fresh herbs?

So good and tender. Plus it's super quick after a long day working. I used half the amount of dried herbs, simply because I didn't want to buy all of the fresh ones and let them go to waste. I also served it with the potato and vegetable au gratin also from cooking light. I made the gratin and rubbed the steaks before I went to work. Had my DH put the gratin in the oven on my way home and then when I got home grilled the filet. From start to finish it took my 10 min (2 min of resting time). Perfect, quick and easy.

Amazing and incredibly easy to make. I already had all of the ingredients in my house and my boyfriend was pleased with this meal. I will be making this quite a few more times, I'm sure.

I use fresh herbs when cooking, as well; however, I like to use the garlic in the jar sometimes for a more consistent flavor. Fresh cloves vary so much in size, it can be hard to judge.
