Amazing Meal!! Instead of spraying the pan with oil, I mixed melted butter in with the herbs and let everything rest for a few minutes before rubbing it on the steak. I recommend adding a little extra oil to the pan, however, if you are using a normal metal skillet (not non-stick).

- 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary

- 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (1 inch thick)
- Cooking spray
- 1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; rub evenly over steaks.
- 2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add steaks to the pan, and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Place florets in a microwave-safe bowl with a little water. Cover with wax paper and microwave at HIGH three minutes or until crisp tender.
