Amazing Meal!! Instead of spraying the pan with oil, I mixed melted butter in with the herbs and let everything rest for a few minutes before rubbing it on the steak. I recommend adding a little extra oil to the pan, however, if you are using a normal metal skillet (not non-stick).
So good and tender. Plus it's super quick after a long day working. I used half the amount of dried herbs, simply because I didn't want to buy all of the fresh ones and let them go to waste. I also served it with the potato and vegetable au gratin also from cooking light. I made the gratin and rubbed the steaks before I went to work. Had my DH put the gratin in the oven on my way home and then when I got home grilled the filet. From start to finish it took my 10 min (2 min of resting time). Perfect, quick and easy.
