Figgy Frozen Yogurt
Cool off on a hot summer day with Figgy Frozen Yogurt. Top this frozen treat with roasted pecans and caramel topping.
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cane syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup mashed fresh figs
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted salted pecans
- 3 tablespoons caramel topping
- Blend yogurt, cream, sugar, syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir in mashed figs. Chill 2 hours. Freeze in a 1 1/2-qt. ice-cream maker, swirling in pecans and caramel topping the last few minutes of freezing.
