1. Heat rice according to package directions; keep warm.
2. While rice cooks, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add carrots, ginger, and garlic. Sauté 3 minutes or until browned. Add figs; sauté 2 minutes or until hot. Remove from heat; stir in rice. Serve immediately.
