Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onion (about 1 large)
  • 3/4 cup chopped tomato (about 1 medium)
  • 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 3 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  2. Serve with baked tortilla chips (chips not included in analysis).
  3. Tip: This salsa is also great on grilled chicken and fish.
