1 cup chopped onion (about 1 large)
3/4 cup chopped tomato (about 1 medium)
1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
3 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Serve with baked tortilla chips (chips not included in analysis).

Tip: This salsa is also great on grilled chicken and fish.
