  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 8 reduced-calorie hamburger buns, split and toasted

How to Make It
