This was so tasty and quick and easy to make. I used fire roasted diced tomatoes and it was delicious.

This pasta is so easy and it was excellent. The crushed red pepper adds just the right amount of heat, which is not a lot. I beefed up the fresh tomatoes and spinach, otherwise followed it exactly, something I rarely do.

This was wonderful. I used to love cooking light but lately the recipes haven't been up to par. I was so glad to find this recipe. It tasted like it came out of a restaurant. The whole family devoured it. This will become a staple.

It was just OK. We probably won't make again. While easy to prepare, it was pretty bland. Such is taste.

This was really good and if I hadn't used my last can of tomatoes to make salsa, it would have been really quick (meaning trip to the store instead of pizza delivery). It fell just a tad flat and needs a little kick. The next time I will add some fresh basil or parsley at the end. I couldn't find burrata cheese so I used some crumbled, fresh goat cheese, which added a nice creaminess. My husband loved it!

My husband and I thought this was delicious and company-worthy. Couldn't find burrata, so used a combination of mozzarella and feta and it turned out delicious. Also used whole wheat pasta. It was simple and quick to prepare. Served it with a fruit salad to temper the heat a bit -- the dish is spicy!

Really tasty and I can't wait to have it again. The spinach and grape tomatoes really make it fresh and light. The burrata is like an unexpected treat. You can't get it everywhere, but Im lucky we have a store near us that has a large specialty cheese section.

This dish is excellent. I couldn't find burrata and so substituted fresh mozzarella. Since this is not as creamy as the burrata, I suggest adding this while the skillet is still on the heat to allow it to melt some. Really good!

Tasty - will definitely make this again. Went lighter on the red pepper. Keep an eye on portion size (4 servings) I served this with a side salad.

Couldn't find burrata so maybe that was why I felt this was a bit bland (used tiny, fresh mozzarella balls instead). It tastes okay, but probably won't make again.

This had absolutely no depth of flavor. I will admit I skipped the burrata when I saw it would cost me $10 for that single ingredient. I used mozzarella instead.

Awesome recipe! I love tomatoes, so I doubled the amount of cherry tomatoes. I also used generous cups of spinach. The Burrata cheese makes it really creamy. It is an excellent dish and not hard to make! Will definitely be serving this again!
