Feta-Mint Dipping Sauce

Yield Makes 1 1/2 cups
Greek yogurt is strained to remove the liquid whey, making it thicker and creamier than American-style yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

How to Make It

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill until ready to serve. Mixture may thicken during refrigeration. To thin sauce, whisk in 1 to 2 tablespoons water, lemon juice, or olive oil.
