YUM YUM YUM!!! My husband LOVED it! I pretty much followed the recipe, with the exception of using boneless skinless chicken breast. My cooking time was a lot longer than stated but still very easy for a weeknight meal.

This is delicious, simple to make and will become one of my weekly meals.

Excellent! Next time I will double the veggies!

This was really good, the kids gobbled it up, and the feta did not over-power the meal at all. The only addition I will make next time will be to add some chopped sun dried tomatoes to the broth and veggies...that will make it perfect!

I've made this dish several times now, and will continue to make it regularly. I use half dried marjoram and half dried thyme. This is super quick and easy, and perfect for a weeknight dinner for two. Serve with green salad and rice or potatoes.

I thought it was tasty. Very easy to make. I used a green pepper instead of red and added other vegetables to the mix. Also, I used red wine vinegar b/c it made it more "greek." I melted the cheese in the pan with the vegetables.

The vegetables were good but, overall, not very impressive. Won't make again. I would recommend putting the chicken back in the pan WITH the vegetables after they've softened and then put the cheese on top. I used low-fat feta and served with farro and a romaine/watercress/greenapple/walnut salad with a balsamic vinagrette.

This was delicious! I thought I was taking a chance on this one, but my husband and I both loved it! Such great and different flavors. I followed the recipe exactly except added sliced cremini mushrooms to the vegetables. It was delicious reheated for lunch the next day. Served with rice and steamed broccoli.

This was SO good. I love the melted feta and the flavor of the peppers. I don't even need the chicken---I've made the peppers and feta several times to eat plain, or on a tortilla.

I followed the recipe and would like to rate it 2.5 stars. It looked rather nice and tasted okay, but it was nothing special.

This recipe was delicious! It was easy to make and the presentation is absolutely beautiful. We made it with a mix of red/yellow/orange bell peppers, which I think made for a prettier plate and tastier dish. Cooking times seemed a bit underestimated, but closer to the mark if you pound the chicken thin first. Definitely adding this to our rotation and would serve for a dinner with friends.

this was a flavorful receipe, thanks to thyme. i added extra chicken broth to soften the bell peppers and added the leftover flour mixture to make a rue. i only had apple cidar vinegar which added a sweet flavor to the vegteables. will definitely make again!

SO easy, used the Perdue prepacked 5 boneless breasts and substituted the chicken broth with Cream of Chicken Soup and the white wine for White Zinfendel (all I had on hand), added in some zucchini and my boys LOVED it! Definatley will be a fave, next time I'll try it with the broth....;O)

Made this for dinner for a bunch of friends. I had to triple it, since there were 6 of us. It was easy AND delicious. Everyone asked for the recipe at the end. I had some yellow sweet onions and used those in place of the red onions. Also, because I had to triple it to make enough, I used thyme & marjoram. I also had full chicken breasts, not chicken breast halves, so the cooking time was longer. I would totally make this again, it was really good.

Made this with 3 chicken breasts, doubled the recipe. It was wonderful. Doubling was good for 3 breasts, but if you are doing more I suggest tripiling would be best for 4-6/ Will definite make again.

This is a delicious chicken recipe!!! I pounded the chicken breasts and doubled the veggies and broth, but otherwise followed the recipe. My husband wants this again this week. It is simple to make and oh sooooooooo good.

This is a quick and easy way to make a roast chicken dinner without having to roast a whole chicken. It was very doable for a week night although I made it with garlic-mashed potatoes, which was more time consuming. Pairing it with garlic roasted couscous would definitely be good too. My DD even ate the peppers and onions with the feta! 3 foods she is not very fond of. Looks like we are keeping this one in our regular rotation.

This recipe was delicious! I used zucchini and carrots instead of a red bell pepper because I didn't have one and it tasted very good! Very flavorful dish and was easy to make. I would definitely serve it to company!
