Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (4-ounce) packages crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 10 fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, and transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with toasted baguette slices and fresh vegetables.
